1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-demand periods, processing times may extend to 3–5 business days.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Canada & United States: 7–15 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed
  • Actual delivery may vary due to external factors beyond our control

3. Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.

If you do not receive tracking details within 5 business days, please contact us.


5. Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs clearance processes
  • Weather conditions or unforeseen disruptions

True Haven Wear is not liable for shipping delays caused by external carriers or events outside our control.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost shipments
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment

Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to update your address.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Marked as Delivered Packages

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance

True Haven Wear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.


8. Split Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, items within the same order may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers.

You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment where applicable.


9. Shipping Issues & Support

If your package has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us at:

We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.


10. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may have already entered processing and cannot be cancelled.
