1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
- Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be returned in the original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items purchased on sale or promotion
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Returns due to incorrect size selection or change of mind
We encourage customers to review size charts carefully before purchasing.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Upon verification, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund, at no additional cost

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders may have already been processed and cannot be modified or cancelled.
